Rider app: pickup code is accepted at delivery-complete (should be drop-off code)

The order pickup code (the "Rider Code" given to the restaurant to confirm pickup) is incorrectly accepted as the delivery-complete / drop-off code in the rider app.

Expected: the rider-code is for restaurant pickup only. Actual: the same pickup code works at drop-off / delivery-complete.

Evidence:

• Rider app "Collect Order" screen: Rider Code: 233762 — Give this code to the restaurant to confirm pick up (order FD-20249178-287).
• Client confirms this code works during drop-off, but it should be pickup-only.
