Rider app: unsuccessful delivery shows 'Drop off to customer' instead of 'Return to restaurant'

When a delivery is unsuccessful, the app should show "Return to restaurant."

Actual: it first shows "Drop off to customer," and only afterwards — from the Jobs section — does it show "Return to restaurant."

Expected: on unsuccessful delivery, the primary action should immediately be "Return to restaurant."
